Logotel and WeACT³: together to promote culture

WeACT³ – Acting together. Technology for Art, Culture, Tourism, Territories : an initiative to promote the National Gallery of Ancient Art in Rome through a series of actions and technology solutions by a group of businesses and institutions associated with Civita – Avvenia, Consorzio Glossa, Data Management PA, Enea, Ericsson, Gruppo DAB, Logotel, Mastercard, Oracle, Vodafone and Wind Tre – with the aim of ensuring that the museum is used more effectively by visitors.
Logotel and the other businesses involved, coordinated by Associazione Civita, met on Tuesday 31 October 2017 at Palazzo Barberini in Rome for the signing of the technical sponsorship contract and the event to present the WeACT³ project, which was also attended by Dario Franceschini, Minister of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism.
More specifically, Logotel will support the Associazione Civita Innovation and Culture Committee in the joint definition of the strategy and the tools for the communication and dissemination of the WeACT³ project.
The key moment of this activity will be the participation of all of the businesses involved in the WeACT³ project in a day of workshops facilitated by the Logotel designers who, through idea generation techniques, co-planning and their own service design tools, will support the working group in identifying the museum experience taking place thanks to the WeAct3 project.
The initiative, which adopts a public-private partnership model, brings together the strategic expertise of businesses that are able to produce concrete results and the scientific knowledge and guidance of the Gallery Management.
The design proposal of WeACT³, the fruit of careful analysis by the two museum sites involved - Palazzo Barberini and Galleria Corsini - is based on the adoption of innovative technology solutions aimed at attracting and fostering the loyalty of new visitors, also through the involvement of the younger generations, and increasing the engagement of the public, better acquainting them with the collections of the Gallery.
