The technologies are there: webinar platforms to manage online booking and coordinate live conversations. At Logotel, we’re prepared. And take-off has been smooth. Since March 6 we’ve transformed our live appointments -including those with our customers- into live digital events.

Here’s another best practice we wish to tell you about, sprung up at the time of Coronavirus. Here one fact must be borne in mind - even for events we hold in the future: with digital, none is in the back row and the seats are unlimited. Participation is multiplied once everyone’s given the opportunity to share their point of view. All that changes is the rhythm of interaction - a fundamental theme of our Ne(x)t working approach.

#1 Accessibility

With our first Digital Landscape we‘ve swung the doors open to participation - an appointment dedicated to smart cities and smart mobility. More than 100 collaborators have watched live, with registrations immediately becoming our media platform’s heritage as it increases accessibility to our video content. Those unable to attend used the event’s dedicated chat to read conversations and lend stimulus.

#2 Visual Interaction

A week on, with over 70 participants, we discussed the latest Weconomy topic - our cultural project dedicated to the collaborative economy. Here we wished to enhance its visual components and maps. So via live screening and by digital direction, visual insights were offered to enhance the rhythm of concepts as they were related by the speaker.

#3 Live Fact-Checking

Experience gained and ongoing trials allow us now to hasten the pace. An opportunity to reactivate our thinking on the circular economy and eco-design, the third Digital Landscape took place on March 16 - a theme we could hardly forget, even during this phase of emergency. Together with almost 90 participants, we shared case studies as well as fact-checking on certain commonplace ideas concerning sustainability.

#4 A Service for Customers

Logotel's assets in managing digital events at once became an opportunity for us to offer an important service to one of our customers, Groupe PSA. Via live streaming organized in less than three hours we gave voice to the Group's Italy CEO, Gaetano Thorel, who, thanks to our support, was able to contact over a thousand sales outlets and service points nationwide. By this opportunity, a top manager could feel close to his sales force while reassuring them and explaining extraordinary measures, taken now and currently in place, as well as those that will follow the Coronavirus.

#5 A Scalable Experience
