The 2016 ADI Design Index show moves on from Milan to Rome, and Logotel will be there with Enel Energia.

ADI Design Index brings together the products and services that will join those to be selected in 2017 to form the pre-selected shortlist for the much sought-after Compasso d’Oro ADI prize. This accolade has been awarded every two years since 1954 to Italian design companies and designers of outstanding merit.

This year’s list includes Logotel with Enel Energia for the Bolletta 2.0 and e-Billing redesign projects, handled by Logotel’s team of service designers, UX designers, researchers and visual designers working alongside Enel Energia staff in a multidisciplinary group of over 70 experts.

Bolletta 2.0 and e-Billing are complementary tools working in harness to offer users a new and better experience when accessing their information, from checking how much they have consumed with a billing breakdown to receiving messages and viewing their payment methods and status. The project involved all stakeholders – from the regulator to the industry associations and end consumers – and produced a service system that, for Bolletta 2.0, will benefit 31 million Customers.
