A Community that unlocks individual potential and reaches every Chef Express location across Italy.<\/h3>

Next community<\/strong> was designed with clear and strategic objectives<\/strong>: streamlining day-to-day operational tasks, supporting professional growth journeys by unlocking individual potential, facilitating the onboarding of new hires, and fostering a strong sense of belonging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through Next, Chef Express is able to deliver daily operational updates to all staff and store managers across its locations nationwide, ensuring consistent time-to-market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another fundamental pillar has been fostering knowledge and benefits sharing among all members<\/strong>, while improving two-way communication between headquarters and the store network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this in mind, the design phase involved over 100 people with different roles, needs, and levels of digital familiarity, with the goal of crafting a user experience truly centered on the specific needs<\/strong> of staff and store managers across the many locations nationwide and creating a space capable of strengthening the sense of belonging to Chef Express.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n
