FLOW - FUTURE LAB ON WORK

How can we attract and retain valuable people in our organizations? By discovering what makes your company magnetic. This is the goal of FLOW, a laboratory program designed to discuss People & Culture challenges and imagine solutions to implement in companies: 40 managers and entrepreneurs from as many companies associated with Assolombarda, guided by a team of experts, were inspired by multidisciplinary interventions, exchanged best practices and experiments, and co-generated shared solutions.
