Next community was designed with clear and strategic objectives: streamlining day-to-day operational tasks, supporting professional growth journeys by unlocking individual potential, facilitating the onboarding of new hires, and fostering a strong sense of belonging.
Through Next, Chef Express is able to deliver daily operational updates to all staff and store managers across its locations nationwide, ensuring consistent time-to-market.
Another fundamental pillar has been fostering knowledge and benefits sharing among all members, while improving two-way communication between headquarters and the store network.
With this in mind, the design phase involved over 100 people with different roles, needs, and levels of digital familiarity, with the goal of crafting a user experience truly centered on the specific needs of staff and store managers across the many locations nationwide and creating a space capable of strengthening the sense of belonging to Chef Express.
